Jordan Pierce is the Founder of Paladin Sports & Entertainment, a full-service, internationally recognized agency dedicated to guiding elite athletes through every stage of their professional careers. Originally from Chicago and raised in Los Angeles, Jordan has combined his athletic background, global network, and business acumen to become a trusted name in professional basketball representation.
A former collegiate athlete and four-year football player at California Lutheran University, Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Sports Management. He later earned his Master’s in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco, home to one of the top five Sport Management programs in the country. His experience as a player fuels his deep understanding of the athlete's perspective—on and off the court.
Since founding Paladin Sports in 2020, Jordan has represented over 15 professional athletes competing in more than 25 countries worldwide. He has built trusted relationships with 125+ coaches and personnel across 35+ countries, as well as with front office executives in the NBA and G League. His approach is rooted in transparency, strategic planning, and an unwavering commitment to elevating his clients’ careers.
As an NBPA and FIBA certified agent, Jordan continues to expand Paladin’s global footprint while staying true to his mission: empowering athletes with the guidance, resources, and representation they need to thrive on a global stage.
